Overpriced service and even worst than that unprofessional service . I asked for a particular color and the outcome was not even close to it . Very sad , disappointed and dissatisfied. In the pictures you can see how my hair was before , next , the color that I wanted to achieve and the last, the color that she left on my hair . I asked for a Cooper color and I even showed the picture to her to make sure she knew what I was expecting. she asked me if I wanted to bleach my hair , I said no because I had Highlights that will give me a very light copper , I said very clearly to her that I wanted to have the darker cooper from the pic (which is still Cooper) and she never said to me that I would’ve achieve that tone that I was expecting or that I would have ended with such a terrible color

Loved my first time at this salon . Alaina did a wonderful job and delivered exaclty what i wanted and imagined. Deff going back . loved it!!

Amazing salon! Everyone is great and I love how my hair turns out every single time. I’ve been coming here for well over 8+ years and all the stylists are wonderful. Highly recommend!

Overpriced, and my look was not achieved. I was able to return once I contacted her of not liking the results, but I was still charged after I had already paid a lot and was told it should’ve been toned down. My inspo picture was ash balayage but I got a brassy orange. Stylist was Carra. I’m sure she can do better, as her work on her pictures are great but I don’t think she acknowledged what I was looking for.
