Don't go to this place! They offer promotions but do a terrible job. I asked for a permanent straightening treatment, and she told me it would be perfectly straight, but it wasn't. And then she even argued with me! She charged me $160 plus a $20 tip.

I’ve been going to Frankie for about five years, but unfortunately, the experience has become consistently disappointing. He’s frequently late, and his prices seem to change at his own discretion. During my most recent visit, I went in for a simple haircut — no wash, no blow-dry, and no styling. After cutting my hair, he started blow-drying and attempting to style it anyway, even though I never requested that service. Then he turns around and charges me $84 for the haircut. Absolutely ridiculous!!! At this point, it feels like he’s taking advantage of clients. My entire family has stopped going to him due to his unprofessional behavior, and now I understand why. Despite being a loyal client for years, he acted like he didn’t even recognize me, barely spoke, and had a noticeable attitude —

Wonderful experience! My hair looks great. This is BY FAR the most upscale Dominican salon I visited since living in NYC. Nothing against the other locations. It was nice to be in a well-kept establishment designed with excellent craftsmanship. My hair is not difficult to maintain. It's relaxed. I'm content with a traditional rollerset and wrap.

I got the wrong hairstylist I was supposed to get. The picture showed a woman but a man answered the phone. The guy canceled my appointment, and told me to come back at 1:20 because he was at court. I didn't get my money back. He wasted my time and money. Very unprofessional
