Received a facial from Shohreh yesterday and it was great! Shohreh is very knowledgeable in skincare and is also very attentive. She gave me great tips on what to do to help my acne. Highly recommend Shohreh😊

I had a great attitude towards AmaChi MedSpa until customer service began to go downhill due to my schedule being too busy. At the time, I planned to use this service, I was going to be in another state every few days (something I was unaware of at the time when I signed up and paid in full.) I decided to pull out fully, request a refund and come back when appropriate in my schedule. Upon rescheduling multiple times and then finally wanting to cancel it all, the staff's demeanor became very rude. I was sent a text that was in the attitude of they don't care for their customer's satisfaction, I was even asked into a room and tried to be convinced to go through with the service even though I stated multiple times I was simply too busy at the time. The only reason this rating is three stars

I visited the Spa yesterday and was seen by Nurse Libbie. I had the most delightful experience with her. She was warm and caring but at the same time extremely professional, knowledgeable and overall a total class act. She made sure to manage my expectations and was happy to answer any questions I had. The facility is clean and professional. The entire staff is also extremely discrete and valued my privacy to the highest degree. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you do go, make sure you see Nurse Libbie as she was Absolutely incredible.

I have been going to Amachi Medspa for over a year now and I must say they have been amazing. Very friendly staff, easy to contact, clean and sanitary offices and equipment. The music they play in the rooms were very relaxing. MJ has been a pleasant tech to work with, she always kept me focused and entertained to distract me away from the subtle pain of the lasers. She always explained all the procedures before starting. She made me feel very welcoming all the time and treated me like a friend not just a business client. I just love her vibe all around! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Amachi Medspa!

Love the services and atmosphere at AmaChi Med Spa. I've had several appointments with Cameo and have been very happy with the results. She's very knowledgeable on skin care and professional in every way. I wish I could go every week!
