I had such a great experience at AM Salon! We walked in the day before and it looked promising so I said I’d come back the next day— which I did without an appt, and it was SO busy, but Michael was incredibly kind to work me in! I had long hair that was old and needed a style for a wedding we were headed to so I asked him for a blunt cut and showed him a photo. He did great!! I couldn’t be happier with the final result — my hair still feels so fresh and I am enjoying the shorter healthier length! Thank you Michael, I love my haircut and I love my new hair. Bonus— I love the wash and head massage. WOW. It felt incredible

AM Salon did AMAZING! I got hair color all over and it did take a while, but the wait was so worth it. I got my hair cut here before by Anson and he did so well with it and he was also the one to dye my hair! I haven't felt confident in my hair until I got it cut and dyed here!

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience with Michael at AM Salon was a masterclass in unprofessionalism that I felt compelled to document. I’m a low-maintenance customer—I come here because the staff, specifically Rickey and the head designer, have consistently delivered solid, reliable crew cuts. Today, however, was a different story. After I showed Michael a reference photo of my usual cut, he initially left it far too long. When I politely asked for it to be shorter, he seemingly went into a "rage-chop" mode, hacking away until the hair looked uneven and bizarre. When I questioned the result, he simply deflected the blame: "You asked for it short, so you should have asked for it longer next time." Apparently, my haircut’s failure was entirely my fault. Had a fantastic experience getting my hair colored here! Rikey was absolutely amazing — super friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. The color turned out exactly how I imagined: vibrant, even, and really flattering. Whole process smooth and enjoyable, and I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed.
