I truly value and respect the importance of supporting minority-owned businesses, which is why I approached this situation with care. Unfortunately, after trying to address my concerns directly with the owner and not receiving a response, I felt it necessary to share my experience here. Last month, I came in and got large knotless braids done by the owner, and I absolutely loved them. However, my second experience was very different, as the owner was on maternity leave. To start, I noticed that the parting, especially in the middle of my hair , was slightly off-center, and some of the hair was sticking out of the braids. Unprofessional, no patience and the worst experience I’ve ever had in life. I don’t care about a price because I know I like my hair a certain way however if you couldn’t do the job or didn’t feel like it she could’ve been honest & I would’ve rescheduled but to take on the job in put extra large braids in the middle when I pacifically told her to her face I want small braids only but lesson learned wouldn’t recommend at all…..keep in mind I paid $250 smfh

Second time here and I love coming in early 8 am and out by 11 am. Crochet mohawk is my thing not the normal braids. Prices reasonable. Bring your own hair.

When I tell you they ate and left no crumbs!!! I felt celeb status waking up outta there and still feeling myself MUCH more than usual lol thank you ladies again, it was such a nice energy amidst ♥️🥰

Aly did a great job on my hair very neat, fast and professional. Would recommend to any one looking to get braids.
