Alvea Spa at Trilogy at Vistancia

Other than a Massage I would not recommend this place. My spouse has had a bad experience with everything (hair, pedi, mani) but massage. So so disappointing. Unfortunately she refuses to complain however she will not return ever again for anything other than massage. I myself have also had a positive experience there with massage.

I see Dr. Amy Whittington for hormone replacement. Had a complete hysterectomy 35 years ago. Have seen several doctors and tried many means of trying to level my hormones. She is very professional, very caring, and very intelligent. And very patient. It has not been easy for doctors to get my levels where they need to be. I trust Dr. Amy, and it is so nice to know her!

I had the worst hair cut experience by Marcella. She was rude, and very rough washing, cutting and even drying my hair constantly pushing my head each and every direction and commanding “don’t move”. She complained that I came in with wet hair and then proceeded to wash my hair. In the meantime while never asking if I wanted the hair mask somehow she added that on my bill. She complained about how much hair I had ( even though I came in with a chin length bob). She then complained that my hair was taking forever to dry and said I should have scheduled a longer appointment as now she was going to be late for her next client. She also informed that my haircut and style pricing went up to $155 from $55. I told her fine I would pay whatever. Then she proceeded to hurry up and made me super unc

I love how relaxing the environment is. I had a pedicure and it was amazing. The staff was very pleasant. I will definitely be back.

Took a leap and scheduled a cut and highlight. Went in and told the stylist I needed a trim. Showed her how much off, and she did an initial cut of that much. (About 2 inches). After completing the highlights, she began with cutting layers and trimming up my hair. Well, the trimming kept happening. My hair is 6 inches shorter than when I walked in. A far cry from what I showed her and her initial cut. Will never let her touch my hair again.
