I wanted a grey balayage on my dark brown hair. I picked Mesut because he was listed as “lead colorist” and I didn’t want to take any chances. He didn’t think he could get the greyish color I wanted which is fine, I said “I just don’t want it to be yellow” he also said he was going to do all over lightening and I said “no, not all over… I still want a lot of brown” (like the pic I showed him). In the end, after 2.5 hours, I ended up with a full head of yellow hair. Exactly what I DID NOT want. And I paid $238… plus I still tipped; why did I tip?! I told him I didn’t like it but it seemed there was nothing he could do. I just had to get out of there before I cried or something. I’m came for a color and trim but I never know the right color to get. Sima treated me like family where she welcomed me, made me feel comfortable and heard my concerns. I knew I wanted color but I didn’t know the perfect color to complement my skin/eyes and natural features and she suggested a few different options. The color I got truly brightens my face and the cut is the best I’ve ever had before. I’ve recommended all my friends to sima and will continue to do so. She’s awesome and I love the attention to detail she gave me and my hair!

I got a teenage facial cleansing from Jamyra for my son, she was soo nice, knowledgeable and his skin looks amazing! Highly recommend for your teens who is not into habit of taking care of their face, and a little massage was a plus!
