She's guiding the salon based on her staff's values and is active in helping shape the profession at the state level. The staff did a full consultation and collaboration with me to understand the unique characteristics of my hair, envisioned how to create my ideal hair, fitted their plan to my hair characteristics and lifestyle, then worked together to cut, color, cut again to perfect, and then gave me a fantastic style. I went in today with very little guidance and a general idea of what I wanted. Inna took that and came up with something so beautiful. She put together a combination that left me with beautiful copper toned hair. She toned it once and then went the extra mile and toned it again to ensure that I was happy with the results! My hair is vibrant, shiny, and full of life again! Would definitely recommend her services, she is amazing!

Emily is absolutely amazing. I came in tonight for a cut and color, and I left feeling like a whole new person. As a busy mom of two, I rarely take time for myself, and Emily truly made this experience feel special and relaxing from start to finish. I never write reviews - Sydney was unprofessional and did not take the time to read my hair requests before the appointment. I would not trust her with blonde hair. It was my first time ever having my hair colored and she left a green tint across the back of my hair. I also ended up with a darker color than my natural blonde (I wanted lighter) I ended up going to Burton’s and they fixed it.
