I saw the owner responded and said I was not a patient, that’s a lie. I posted the review on the spot at your facility and I have been to your practice twice. Your front desk if fully aware and was texting Jacky on the spot. It would have been better if you admit and train your staff better or improve appointment system for the future. I came for my 2wks touch up for Botox and just found out they booked my appointment on thus instead of Friday. And they just turned me away. I will never come back again. The massage they sent me did not mention weekdays, and there was no alert reminding me that I missed my Thursday appointment. The massage was more like out of the jail card. My experience with Bella at Altman spa was phenomenal! She was so sweet and extremely detailed with explaining everything she was doing to my hair. Sometimes haircuts can be super scary for me but Bella made sure to make me super comfortable and gave me the exact length i asked for. Truly a satisfying experience and i will 100% be back!

I’ve had a couple of hydrafacials elsewhere and never really saw the point tbh… they were pricy and my skin looked the same or in one case, even worse after. BUT figured I’d give it one more go so I got a hydrafacial with Shukurat and wow - she changed my mind!! I literally haven’t worn foundation in a WEEK, my skin is still glowing and looks so even and hydrated! Shukurat is such a sweetheart, made me feel so welcome & I loved how thorough she was, really paying attention to my skin type and tailoring the service to exactly what I needed. I ask a lot of questions 🙃 and she explained it all. It’s amazing how different of an experience it was than my past. No break out after, just really hydrated and healthy looking skin. The products she recommended and gave me samples of are FANTASTIC too
