Altitude Salon

So I went in to get my hair colored. The stylist was friendly at first but when I noticed how she was doing my hair I complained (pretty nicely considering). When she was done my hair was pink and yellow. When I went to check out they charged me full price and the owner said I wasn’t allowed to come back, even to fix what the stylist had done. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed for $200. They said no amount of toner could fix it and they had to spend 2 hours trying to get the pink and yellow out. Here are the pics they took

Small, Aveda salon with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable stylists and wonderful guest staff! Very clean and welcoming. Aspen is amazing at colors, especially beautiful blends and also bright vivids, and Ashleigh can cut my difficult, culy hair just how I like it! Megan provides top-notch guest services from when I check-in and check-out! All other stylists have treated me as great as they treat their own clients! The team truly is a team!

I had messed up cutting my own hair and walked in for an appointment on a Saturday which they were able to get me in within the next hour. Everyone was wonderful and I'm super happy with everything Shiho did. She took her time and communicated everything she was doing. Can't wait to come back next time, thanks so much!!

I've gone to Amalia her entire career because her work is incredible! She's done an amazing job lightening box black dye from my hair, cutting my curly hair, and even giving me teal hair during an short-lived identity crisis. I can't recommend her enough to give you your dream hair while also doing everything she can to keep your hair healthy!
