Raeylnn is so helpful and such a sweetheart! I am a older woman and am not used to technology, so she helped me out and was very patient with me, which was greatly appreciated. God bless her tiny heart. She is such a sweetie, always cleaning, and making people feel welcomed

The first gym I’ve ever really enjoyed being in, and the gym where I learned everything I know about strength training. Lovely space with a great staff. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot to work out in Laramie

I've been to several facilities over the course of my fitness, college athletics and sports journey's, and AF in Laramie is the cleanest, well kept, and friendliest staff I've been fortunate to share gym space with. It's almost worth a daily commute (over an hour away), but that's not realistic otherwise I'd make it happen. Thanks again for providing such great space to Laramie community!

This gym is top of the line. Every piece of equipment there is top quality and brand new. The classes are absolutely worth exploring: the one-on-one attention is unlike anything in Laramie, and the region. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and cater to anything you need and understand every concern - whether it be lapsed fitness or health issues. They work tirelessly with you to meet YOUR goals. Also if you want to just use the equipment there's plenty of room, too. Just go - you won't regret it, and your summer bod will thank you!

Very nice and new gym. Has everything you need. Private showers. The only thing i recommend is that some of their cables have too much slack so if you’re 6ft or taller you’re not gonna get a good stretch on some of them. I’m sure that’s no fault of their own since their equipment was probably set up by a commercial retailer recently.
