I had the best facial ever, truly, there are no words by the one and only Jason Soto. He must have the magic touch. It was a magical facial so relaxing and serene. I left feeling a sense of calm within and without. Glowed from the inside out. This place is amazing and so lovely inside. Smells divine. And I felt comfortable immediately upon arrival. Very nice people. Jason is a standout and is very much in his element you will be in the best of hands if you sign up for a facial with him! Promise. ❣️🔮 I had some aches and pains before I got my facial and after gone just like that 🪄 if you don’t choose Jason and come here you’ll be doing yourself a disservice. I will compare every facial I have here on out to this one that’s how wonderful it was.

I followed Winston here from his other workplace. This review is exclusively for Massage and for him. I am extremely loyal to Winston. I have been seeing him for chronic shoulder pain for about three years now. He is an excellent communicator, and is great at explaining physiological concepts in a way that feels both spiritual and educational. It’s been a real delight to see him improve, hone, and master his craft over time. If he has gotten this good over the last three years, I can only imagine what the rest of his career holds.

I love Altered States! The environment is calm, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. Every time I walk in, I immediately relax. Winston is an excellent massage therapist, and each session leaves me feeling restored and balanced. I’ll definitely keep coming back

I’ve had 2 signature massages with Kento, he is so kind and does such a great job! He checks in to make sure pressure and everything is good. I also had a facial with Lei after seeing so many good reviews and it lived up to the hype :) the space is designed beautifully. 10/10 recommend!

I just had a deeply relaxing and thorough facial with Lei. The face massage was truly special - she really has the gift of touch, and I've been around the block with facials. My skin feels restored and hydrated, and I am glowing from a gentle but effective exfoliation and cleansing. Every detail of the experience was considered, even beyond the service...the jewel of a space is beautifully designed, the music and lighting are just right, and i left with a delicious tea to go. 100% making this my regular. Can't wait to come back!
