Alter Ego Salon

The first time I went to this salon I loved it and my hairdresser did a better job than anyone I've ever seen. The second time I went my hairdresser had opened up her own shop but I figured I would try someone else for a change. I usually don't bother writing reviews unless the service was extremely bad; it was. This woman started on my hair over an hour late with barely any apology. She kept burning me with her blowdryer even though I repeatedly said it hurt and she treated another customer (without an appointment) before me. After all that if she had at the very least done a good job (silk press) on my hair all would have been forgiven. Unfortunately, my hair came out so bad I really could've done a better job myself. I'm so impressed with my Stylist Lesa Almond, her work is impeccable! She's VERY talented, precise, truly HEARS what I'm asking for and knows how to achieve it. She's also very interesting to talk to, I got my hair and my mind done, lol. The Salon is beautiful, really jazzy feel good place.

I'm sorry that your experience was less then stellar if you ladies can give me a call tomorrow after 2 so we can discuss this matter .... and we don't sell weave in the salon so I'm not sure where you got that from
