Melanie is professional, time efficient, trustworthy with what you are looking for, and attentive to what you say. She has almost 30 years of experience with hair color and you can definitely see it in the results! :-) I walked away very happy, as I started out nervous because I have experienced difficult times with my hair. Not sure how, but she understood what I was looking for and we clicked right away. What takes other hair stylists, took her half the time, and she even blow dryed and trimmed my hair within that half time. As you can see in the pictures, I got subtle pink highlights that are an absolute game changer. Carmen gave me the best cut I've ever had by far! After going to another salon several months ago and having ny hair completely butchered, I waited for my hair to grow out. My hair had been thinning due to health reasons (now has stopped) and I wanted her to make my hair look full again. Not only did she do that, she cut it in a way that it looked better than I've ever had it! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Very disappointed. First, I will say the salon is cute, and everyone seemed friendly. However, I went to Ashley to get a cut and color consult, and she suggested going blonde. I let her chose. The cut was nice. I went back for the color and thought it looked nice, but after I washed my hair a few days later, the blonde highlights started breaking off and had a gummy/stretchy texture to them. I texted her about this, and she resorted to gaslighting me, blaming the weather and heat styling it. I responded that it wasn’t those factors, and I’m familiar with my hair to know something is wrong. I also had a separate consult that said I’d need at minimum an inch or two cut off. She never responded. She never apologized or even asked to see if she could take a look at it and fix it. Very disappoi
