Amazing ambiance. I didnt know what to expect and honestly, I was very nervous walking in. Therapist Chris really had the most smoothing and soft demeanor ever! I cannot stop raving about her place. The plants, the candles.. I was so impressed with how clean and inviting her space is. Chris knows exactly what she’s doing! She massages and moves my body during the stretch as if she KNOWS HOW BODIES MOVE! That is so important to me. I am excited to see her business grow and I am a firm believer in stretching and touch therapy. I will be back soon!

I had a great experience with Chris. I was greeted with tea, water and fruit and we began to talk about my lifestyle and needs. The massage room was very relaxing, super clean and inviting. I loved all the plants in the space! I highly recommend! Chris gave me some recommendations. She was so sweet and very professional! I will definitely be back.

11/10. best massage i’ve ever had. chris is amazing! really knows her anatomy and truly takes her time to work your body to a state of release and relaxation. yes, you can get a cheaper massage but this is 100% worth the money and simply on another level. this is the first time i’ve come back time and time again to a masseuse. she is warm, welcoming and i don’t even realize how bad i felt before until after our sessions. she makes me feel more alive and present in my body and also gives general health tips. working with her has made me prioritize my health in other ways as well. if you’re looking to build a relationship w a body work professional or have been meh about other massages chris is your girl!

By far the best massage in recent memory. As a weekend warrior athlete Chris definitely knew how to loosen the hips, my back, and shoulders. Never felt more relieved yet not tired after the session was over. The studio space was very relaxing, lots of plants! On point with the aromas. Space was very clean as well. Plan on coming back over and over again. Chris couldn't be a better host as well. Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to understanding recovery and wellness.

Hands down the best massage I’ve had in LIFE! I came in at week 26 for a prenatal session and found Chris totally by chance (google maps). She has the most lush and inviting plant-filled space and warm decor without going overboard with scents or sounds or colors. I really loved how calming, personalized and educational the whole experience was. She’s patient, brilliant and very attentive to what your needs are whether it is a gentle touch or a firmer muscle work. Book her!! You won’t regret it!
