Alpha

My son has a bad cow lick it’s hard to find someone who knows how to do his hair. I have tried everywhere and this is the only place that does it right. Very pleased with their work and so is my teenager .

The Good: I got my hair trimmed this morning by a stylist named Maria. She was well mannered and extremely professional. This would be a one star review if not for her. The Bad: A different employee named Michelle was at the counter to ring me up, post-trim. She was impatient and ill-mannered. She showed no respect for my time. Having been to Shear Cuts before, I expected a similarly positive customer service experience here. What I am left to observe, is that Alpha is just a low-effort salon, not a barber shop. Credit to the owner for the idea. Seems more like a fun social experiment than a serious business.

I brought my one year old son in for his second haircut and couldn't he happier. She did a wonderful job and was so incredibly kind and patient. He was very squirmy but it didn’t seem to bother her and somehow she still managed to give him a perfect haircut! We won’t be going anywhere else! :-)

My hairdresser Stephanie is out for a couple of weeks so I was set up with Megan G. I told her she had big shoes to fill (I have had Stephanie for years) She was able to get me how I wanted my cut. She did pretty darn good. They are a good group there. Worth the drive

Stephanie, I have NEVER ever written a review of anything in my 67 years. Just had the BEST haircut of my life. Thank you. Your attention to detail, the hot towel and straight razor on the back of my neck was wonderful. I will not be going back to StupidCuts or GoodClips again.
