Alpha Spa Nails

Will not be going back. Told the tech Sonny that the shape was weird and made it worse. There is also acrylic on my skin. After 4 days my nails are already lifting. Pedicure was great by another tech.

My nails are so crooked and not the right shape or color I asked for cat eye!!! . Went back to have them redone and they are still crooked. At this point I wanted a refund and they said the only way to get one is to wait for someone to take them off.... I have to be at work and didn't have time to be there all day after being there for 3 hours today.they also are very lifted. Worst customer service ever!! Do not go here!!!

My 1st visit: Tommy did a GREAT job on my nail dip! And mini hand massage afterwards! Very friendly, knowledgeable.My ONLY issue was the shaping of 2 of my nails; but my nails are thin so I think he did the best he could. I've gotten many compliments.

Easily the worst gel mani I’ve ever had! The tech cut my cuticles so low on two of my nails that they wouldn’t stop bleeding even after I left. A third nail came close to bleeding as it is red and tender. I wasn’t even offered any compensation. To make it worse, they screwed up painting my bleeding thumb and used acetone to start over which burned so so bad! Definitely won’t be back nor would I recommend to anyone!!

My nail tech seemed very unsure of himself. His station seemed dirty and unsanitary . He had visible open cuts on his own hand and it made me a little uneasy with him touching my hand. He ended up cutting my cuticle and made me bleed. My daughter had a different person for her gel tips and also was cut as well! Her tips are not even adhered to her nail bed as seen in the photo! My second daughter got an ok gel manicure with tips but the french tips just went straight across instead of curved plus she left with nail polish all over her fingers. We will not return. I have given this business about 4 chances and they never seem to do a great job. This was the final straw.
