Alpha Nails Salon

This nail salon is completely unsanitary. I am in the area for work and have come by twice. The first time(2 and half weeks ago) he charged me 35 for a color change. I told him I had gone to get my nails done the day before in a different city and ended up not liking the color. I left and I noticed there was hair on one of the nails. I drove back and I already have a lot of anxiety speaking up for myself. I showed him. He buffed the hair off and put top coat. For reference he uses the same dirty files and block files for everyone. He scrapes your fingers and is rough. Extremely passive aggressive. He cut me but I did not speak up. I came back 2 days ago and asked for short french nails. I worked all day and came an hour and a half before closing. Again he was super rough and cut me. He cha

I woke up this morning with my toes in pain ! Place was so overpriced ! The lady who attended me was so aggressive and she even made my toes bleed. She didn’t do my nails right and still charged over a hundred for gel nails and a white toes . My sister got a pedicure and a hand clean up no polish and they charged her almost 80$!! This is ridiculous . Place should be closed!

I have visited this salon in the past and recently came in to get nails done. Several times I had no problems with my nails. I decided to get nails done on Wednesday and was not pleased at all the male tech/ owner. Gave me a gel set and I was not pleased with how they looked. Polish started chipping on two nails and the gel finish on nails were not cleaned and complete. It looked a mess. I was very disappointed and came back next day to have it corrected. He offered to cleaned up around my nails which nails needed to be done all over. I was charged additional 20 dollars to get a French polish because I just needed him to take off polish and redu because it not just clean up.

Sadly it is not my first experience at this nail location. It's my 3rd time here. I swear if it wasn't 3 minutes from my house. I went in for a gel manicure ($25) yesterday. I kid you not this place was empty. EMPTY. I just thought to myself well I think I know why remembering my previous visits. I went at around 4p.m. There were 3 women there. When I walked in nobody greeted me so I said: Hello. Then one of them approached me and I told her what I wanted. I explained to her that I did not want them to buff & leave my nails paper thin because of what they did to me before. It took me 2 months of treating my nails to get them to regrow healthy. She did not even acknowledge what I said. She just pointed across the room to go sit down. I was just like where? Anyway not the point, I think the

I came here and simply asked if they had hybrid polish or dip and the man was short tempered asked me, “what’s that?” And I explained that it’s just nail polish that has a protective coat and lasts longer than regular polish. He even said that they didn’t have dip- which I understood. Didn’t even recommend anything to me and crossed his arms with his eyes straightforward. This place hasn’t been the same lately.
