Alpha Nail Spa

The place is a hit or miss which is crazy. DO NOT LET TIM TOUCH YOUR NAILS! Fingers or toes. I still have lotion on my legs, I had gel polish on my skin, and he didn’t even try to make the nail trim straight or neat.

Okay, I have definitely loved them and spent a lot of money here however I didn’t have the best experience this time. I was explaining what I wanted and I’m guessing it didn’t come across. I still have remnants of my last black design. I can never be rude so I accepted it, but it’s not what I wanted. I’ll post what I wanted vs what I got.

I am absolutely in LOVE with my nails. My nail Tech Eric understood exactly what I wanted and he executed it perfectly! I wish I could take him back with me to North Carolina but anytime I'm back in the area, I will stop by. I also did a deluxe pedi w/ my husband (he got a mani too!) All of them did a wonderful job. Great service, awesome atmosphere, highly recommend!!!

It was crime shows and pamper toes for me today at Alpha Nail Spa thanks to Linda! I'm glad I did the pedicure with the paraffin wax, massage I didn't know it was, view and hot rocks. Linda did a phenomenal job and the VIP room was perfect after a long day of teaching high schoolers! Mia was absolutely amazing with my November nail set. I wanted to try the bangles design and delivered. Staff is extremely friendly.
