I called for a walk-in appointment because I was experiencing tight pain in the back of my left shoulder blade, which made it difficult to lift my arm above shoulder level. I explained the situation to Ms. Nora, including how much pain I was in, and asked if there was any way I could be seen that day. She was able to book me with Gabby that afternoon. Let me tell you, Gabby quickly found the main knot and got right to work on it. After some time, she was able to loosen it, and by the next day I was already feeling less pain. By the second day after the massage, I felt much better. Thanks to Gabby and Ms. Nora for allowing me to be seen the same day, even though I know they were fully booked.

I want to start off by saying that I love getting my massages done here. The staff is very nice and welcoming. They always offer me refreshments. The Facility is always clean and smells very pleasant. The rooms are always comfortable and relaxing. I always feel amazing after leaving for my massage. I want to say thank you to the wonderful ladies and the manager Nora at Alpha Male.

Very unprofessional. I am an out-of-town potential client who wanted to speak with someone at the shop prior to booking. For over a week, I called, left messages, and even sent a text (as requested in their voicemail) and they never answer and never return a call/text. It's just poor business practice and other spas exist and that's where I will take my business.
