I like it. Very clean and quiet with soft good music, nice decor love the atmosphere. I was there for just an eyebrow and lip wax but My lady was very friendly and educated me a lot on the lashes process.

The service was excellent! While I was surprised to be asked to wash my lashes before the install—something I’ve never had to do in all my years of getting lash extensions—it didn’t overshadow the overall experience. I also think providing a cover for the lash brush should be standard rather than optional. That said, my tech, Marchelline, was absolutely amazing! I requested something a little different, and she worked skillfully with what I had. She even showed me pictures of my lashes before starting and clearly explained what was possible and what wasn’t. The end result was fabulous, and I’ve received so many compliments. Her professionalism and talent truly stood out. Marchelline gets 5 stars plus!

I’ve been going to Thuy for almost three years and she is truly a Master Lash Artist. I started as a complete newbie and she took the time to understand my concerns and guide me with a true white glove experience. So much care and professionalism that I never went anywhere else again. Her technique is unmatched. She’s incredibly light handed, extremely hygienic and precise. Even when life gets hectic, my lashes still look full up to six weeks later. I’ve never had irritation, breakouts, heaviness or damage. Only beautiful, natural feeling lashes every time. I was lucky enough to be a model for Victoria for a drama set and she was very nice and professional. We discussed what style was best suited for my eyes and decided on a doll set. She was very patient when my eyes started to water. I loved my end result it wasn’t too much it was just perfect. The retention has been great, very minimal fall since the appointment.
