Alpenglow Spa

I had a facial with Shiloh yesterday, and it was honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. She was wonderful—so knowledgeable, calming, and attentive. I left with glowing skin and felt completely relaxed. My friend also had a service with Shiloh, and we both had such a great experience. We loved spending time afterward in the relaxation room and the hot tub. We’ll definitely be back and would absolutely book with Shiloh again.

I do not recommend visiting Alpenglow Spa if you're looking for a relaxing experience in the sauna/hot tub/steam room area. This place allows all Keystone Hotel and cottage guests, including children of all ages, inside all of the spa and pool facilities. The result was hot tubs full of packed, screaming children with no room for my group and steam rooms with 12 year olds goofing around. I visited with a group of friends, most of whom are moms. We were looking forward to some relaxation time prior to our treatments but ended up hiding in the staging room, because it was the only remotely quiet area. In addition, I found the sauna and steam room to be defective. The sauna was not on or hot. Several people asked staff to turn it on and they said they would send maintenance, but nothing hap

My husband and I had a couples massage. We had an excellent experience. Brett was one of the massage therapists we had, and we cannot recommend him enough. He was so kind, his massage was outstanding, and his customer service was also amazing.

The spa was a great discovery. The masage was good. The amenities in the spa are amazing. Treated myself at the dry sauna. I will be more prepared next time to spend more time there

Shiloh was an incredible technician/treatment specialist. I had the 80 minute facial and she was thorough and did a wonderful massage.
