[AVOID. GREEDY ] know long time customer who’s been going for years recently was charged significantly less a few months ago. now charged 40$ for a SIMPLE women’s haircut. That’s as much a men’s barbershop for much more time consuming work

Instead of hanging up on English-speaking customers (two times in a row), just say you don't speak English...and then start learning English shortly after. Rude and very unprofessional. 🙄😒
