Milia is an excellent stylist. She’s thorough with great attention to detail. She’s very friendly and fun to talk with. I am glad I found her!

This is the best hair salon I’ve been to in Salem! Milia always gives me a wonderful cut and my color is always beautiful. I get many compliments from people about how good my hair looks. She carefully listens to my ideas for my hair at the beginning of each appointment before we decide what we’re going to do. As a result, I always feel fabulous when I leave and I enjoy my style and color until I come back for another session.

I have LOVED having Milia do my hair for over 20 years - she is always on time, professional, clean, and so fun to chat with! I want to thank her for her commitment and truly appreciate her listening to what I want and executing it every single time. I've finally found a forever salon at Allure!! The owner was my stylist and did full highlights with a cut with layers and I could not be happier with the results! It far exceeded my expectations! Plus she was just such a delight to talk with while getting my hair done, she's genuinely probably the absolute nicest hair stylist I've ever had! Wonderful experience, the salon is adorable and her prices are actually affordable, I would definitely recommend trying Allure, you won't be disappointed!
