Jan was AMAZING! I went in unexpectedly knowing what I wanted was going to turn out GREAT! I have a hard time trusting people with my hair and Jan was welcoming, comforting, and did an overall excellent job! I like the fact that it looks so natural for me and the color was what I wanted! Needed my hair fixed and it turned out beautifully

The times I’ve gone I preferred Jan to cut my hair but she was booked so I had another girl do it didn’t get her name all I asked for was a trim and for my hair to be parted down the middle with long length bangs that start from the bottom of my chin to reach to the length of my hair and showed her a picture she literally chopped blocked my hair and charged me $30 for really only doing that when I asked for a trim I said an inche exactly she did it like half an inch really didn’t cut anything off but my bangs I cried after my hair finally is growing back and she didn’t care to have a conversation with me but talk to everyone else who worked their and constantly answering her phone idk I wouldn’t go back their again I always had Alicia from (rodeo drive) do my hair she knew exactly how I
