Allure Nails Spa of Norman

I was nearby and needed a pedicure so I figured I’d stop in and try a new place. I opted for the $80 pedicure option, the pedicure itself wasn’t the problem but it was the polish job and shaping. From far away it looked fine but as soon as I got in the car and saw them up close, they were awful. She definitely cut my toe nails too short, the tips are uneven and there’s paint all over my cuticles. EDIT: I was contacted my Phoebe who is the owner and she was very sincere about the experience I had at the Norman location. She invited me to come back for them to fix the French tips. She was extremely sweet and genuine about all of it and my toes look perfect now! I attached a picture of the fixed job below. Will definitely keep them in mind for any of my nail care needs.

I took my 7-year-old daughter and myself to get our nails done and had a very disappointing experience. They charged $60 for my daughter’s pedicure, claiming there was an extra $30 fee for gel on a child because they “used two colors.” I watched the entire service, and only one color was used. I asked for builder gel and the lady used acrylic on my nails. I told them I didn’t even want the gel after that just to finish shaping them. We also waited 20 minutes just to be seated, no one offered us water, and when I said I wouldn’t be returning, one of the employees actually laughed. To make matters worse, they advertise a discount on their window that they don’t honor. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the pricing felt dishonest, and the nail quality was mediocre at best. Worst pedicure. Tech didn’t trim any dead skin around toenails. I had to ask him 3 times before he did it. Never messaged my feet, only gently rubbed my legs. Nails filed at different shapes and look awful. My daughters nails weren’t painted correctly and look extremely grown out. Service has definitely changed here. Won’t be back.

I have been going to allure for over two years now and will never go any place else! The staff is friendly and professional! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and happy before leaving! Christine is my go to girl here. She is very thorough with her work and shapes my nails exactly how I want them each time. I am always so amazed at her artwork and attention to detail! She is personable, kind as ever and SO SO very talented! I have recommended Allure and Christine to all of my friends and will forever continue to do so!
