I have been doing my nails for many years. Have gone to Allure in San Juan with no issues. Decided to go to the one in McAllen on 10th st. Went in on Monday to get a refill. Everything was great. The nail tech asked if I wanted a 2nd coating. A bit confused, since no one has ever asked me, they usually do 2, I said it looked good, me thinking she must've layered it good and it was because of the color that she was asking. By Friday a couple of nails had the color chipped at the tips. I didn't get a chance to go back until Sunday and I was honest about what happened. Receptionist said it had been more than 5 days and since I was asked if I wanted 2 layers they would have to charge me $20 to change the color and $5 to take it off. HONEST REVIEW! Nail tech Nancy was so amazing she made my entire visit/experience perfect and she’s the reason why I’m giving this review! That way others know how great she treated me! Today was my first time here. Nancy was so kind, patient, gentle yet fast, careful and precise.💕 She left my nails looking absolutely flawless!💕 She made sure they looked good from every angle literally (she looked at them from every angle while buffing and shaping), no bumps, no scratchy or roughness underneath nail, no uneven size nails, no nail polish on my fingers, every single detail was PERFECT! Treatment 10/10! She gave me a hand scrub to wash my hands with, left my hands so smooth! And then even gave my hands a little massage after! First time and definitely not last the person I got was super chill and very focused. Every step had a specific procedure Which I loved, and the design came out almost identical to the picture. I showed her. I am in love with my Nails🩷🩷 A little bit pricey, but for what it’s worth I got what I wanted.

I was a walk in unsure of what I wanted. I talked to Vanessa, she was very nice & helpful. I decided on tips, with a translucent gel with a little sparkle. I couldn’t be happier.

I loved my experience! They took me in last minute and never made me feel rushed. Amazing servoce by the ladies doing my hands and feet. I absolutely loved my shellac french tip mani! 💅
