I’ve attached photos of what I asked for and what I received… I paid $92 for this and will have to pay more for someone else to fix it elsewhere. And they asked me to pay and tip before the service was completed bc they were closing. Response to your reply: I simply showed you the photo and asked if y’all could do that, I never changed the service… in fact, I was happy to pay whatever it costs to get the results I wanted. I was expecting a gel x set with cat eye and chrome like the photo! You made me pay and tip prior to the service being completed because y'all were closing. I always tip generously and I was trusting the process since they weren’t completed yet. She was a nice lady but I never told her I loved them, I said they look different. The manager is so rude! And if you read the reviews in the last 6 months I see many other people feel the same! What a shame! This place use to be great! Horrible customer service. I had a gift card and a receipt showing I had $20 balance left. When I checked-in, I asked the lady to verify the balance and she said she couldn't do it right now but we could check at the end of the predicure. After my service, the lady said the system couldn't find the gift card. She went to get the manager and he told me the system changed 2 years ago so the gift card expired! So if a company decides to change their system, you just lose money you have on a gift card! When I told him, that I was very disappointed and that I wouldn't have stayed if I knew they wouldn't honor my gift card, he cut me off ta

I have to say I am shocked reading these reviews. I get my nails done (gel) every 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. The service is outstanding. Thank you Sang. The women and men that work there are very friendly. I have only had excellent service. Making and appointment is easy whether in person or by phone. The place is very clean and bright, people are great and the service is top notch.

Such a bad experience every time. The manicure never looks good, the quality of service is different every time, and they somehow take forever and still do a horrible job. We’ve given them many tries, but would not recommend and will not be returning.
