Nightmare experience. I made an appointment for a pedicure. Showed up on time. The lady in charge waved me toward the nail colors and I said I just wanted clear. They put me in a chair with what looked like a used plastic liner. I asked if it was used and they said no. I said o.k. All of a sudden the person in front says I do not have an appointment. I looked at my phone calls and I indeed had called in. Then as I was being forced to leave she said yes I had appointment but she never wanted to see me again. That I couldn't go to her salon. This was very humiliating and awful in front of other ladies getting their nails done. This was going to be a treat for me. I left and went to a salon that treated me really politely and did a great job. This was really awful!

Been coming here for years. The staff have always been polite, nice and lovely. I have never had any problems.
