Allure Nail Spa

Tommy was very nice and I’m sure he is a good and talented nail technician. However when he did my gel nails they didn’t come out as I expected. I understand this pink is a light color, and that he did three coats, but three coats wasn’t enough because the nail polish was still sheer on my nails without any full coverage. After he finished my nails, my sister asked if he could do more coats because it still looked sheer. He said it was a light color and that he already did three coats (he wasn’t rude in his tone). That’s understandable, but maybe more than three coats would’ve been better. It’s hard to see the sheerness in the photos, but there were also specs in my nails, and I’m not sure what they were. Loved getting my nails done by the staff here! The quality of the work is amazing, as well as the customer service! The salon is decorated beautifully and is very clean!!!However, during my visit today, one of the nail techs was speaking very loud and harshly to whoever else in the salon, making it quite uncomfortable to relax. I could barely hear the salon music over her voice to the point I could hear her talking throughout my mani-pedi.

OMG Rude, rude rude! Absolute horrible and unprofessional service! Will not return and definitely do not recommend. You walk in and there's nobrelling who is there to do nails and who is supposed to be greeting customers. Jenny, the supposed Co-owner is greeting guests and taking orders while doing your nails. She's all over the place and very pushy, bordeline offensive on the upsell. So annoying ! The main guy receptionist or maybe Co-owner is the rudest. I went in and showed him my nails that were done 2 days ago. by Jenny, and looking horrible already and he didnt even attempt to look at them. This salon absolutely ruined my nails. I haven’t done anything to them in almost 2 years and finally decided to get acrylic. After 2 weeks multiple nails were lifting so I decided to go back and go to a different person for a fill. A week later multiple were lifting and I was able to take them off very easily. It’s now been a month and my nails are still sensitive to touch and every time they grow out they break.

Loved the service! I’m a very simplistic person so I find that technicians don’t understand the simplest of service that desire. However, this is the FIRST time I had a tech who understood PERFECTLY without my going through a lot of changes trying to explain what I wanted. My preference is simply a French manicure using my own nails and not the acrylic. I have very short nails so it’s naturally assumed that I’d want acrylic but I don’t. So it was great that I finally ran into a tech who was willing to do just as I asked even though she did let me know, because of the condition of my nails and the very short length, it was difficult to work with them. But she did an outstanding amazing job in giving me just what I wanted!
