Allure Nail Lounge

I came today and I picked out two colors of gel polish for my pedicure and the lady was doing my pedicure and she asked me if this was my color and I said yes that is to be an accent and then she said OK I’m all done and I looked down and all of my toes are gold and I picked out a gold and red nail polish I used a gift certificate that I have been saving for Christmas time and now it was a waste because my toes look like crap the gold isn’t even layered nicely. I used to come here all the time with my best friend, but our work schedules have changed and it’s no longer convenient for us to come together so I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time and my first time back. This was my experience. I am not happy I also went to the bathroom at 11:30 and there was no toilet paper in the bath

First and last time. My pedicure was 2 mins. Very much rushed. Wanted to charge me $35 plus the regular cost of nails just to add French for my hands. My toes are so ugly. I’m so disappointed. I only came b because of the signs outside. I will NEVER cheat on my mail tech again. If you don’t want to cry bypass this place.

Allure is my go to spot for my nails and toes. Today I went it for a much needed fill in. Anna did a wonderful job on my fill in! I had originally chose a lighter brown color but it showed lighter on my nails than what i thought it would be. Anna was quick and suggested this darker brown color which I love. She was very sweet and made sure I loved the color. Anna also took her time and you can tell she loves what she does! Thanks again ☺️!

My daughters and I went for gel manicures today. We had the best experience. The techs were so sweet and did a great job on my daughters' requests. We've always had a great experience here and will definitely be back.

8/31 - gel removal. Came in at 11:10. The staff was late and the shop wasn’t open yet. Brought my mother here for a polish change of gel paint and they didn’t soak anything off. Proceeded to drill through the layers of her nails until she was in so much pain she requested they stopped drilling. They applied some kind of chemical that burned her nails- not the skin- her actual nails. So I proceeded to cut my pedicure short and we left. I don’t know if it was an off day or what. They still charged her. They still charged me. I was home for the weekend and just trying to have a girls day with my mother.
