Allure Nail Bar

I went on my birthday and got a manicure Gel polish it only lasted three days, I decided to try them again and took my own gel polish She didn’t do good. I called and they told me to come so she can fix it , she rushed me once someone came in and forgot to put gel polish on my middle finger, my thumb not neat .

I have been to the nail salon three times to do a pedicure. When I went today the old lady chose to be rude and disrespectful. I asked why the price was higher than normal and she chose to speak a foreign language to her colleague and tell me to not come back. Prices should be consistent if you do the same thing repeatedly. I do not recommend this nail salon.

Do not go here if you dont get anything besides basic manicures. I went to get an acrylic long full set (french) and when i tell you it was the worst job (lumpy, crooked, uneven). I went back less than 24 hours to ask them to fix and i got yelled at by the oldest nail tech (who did them) and had to ask if someone else could fix them and they still came out lumpy. No matter how kind i was and even was generous with gratuity, the customer experience was terrible. Go somewhere else please save your money and time.

I went in for a pedicure today and my nail tech was rude and aggressive. Even though I’d booked the appointment online, they were unaware of my appointment when I showed up. I didn’t get the nail tech I booked and anything I asked for was a dramatic display of dissatisfaction with my tech, the oldest woman in the shop. When I didn’t do the service she thought I was having, gel pedicure, she just decided for me that I was only getting a basic pedicure. When I initially mentioned my add ons she tried to convince me to only do the basic pedicure despite that not being my scheduled appointment. Based on the website and in-store nail bar prices I was overcharged for these add ons. I have been coming here for many years and it used to be such a pleasant and peaceful experience. Now, it is very loud because some of the nail technicians constantly talk so loudly to each other that I hear them over my ear buds. There’s no peace for the customer during a pedicure or other treatments. They also walk around to pick numbers to play their lottery pool while serving customers. My technician is excellent, but she is one of the few quiet voices. I wish the owner would be more physically present at this location (he has 3) to do some quality control.
