The team here is very nice. We have become regulars here so they know me and are very kind and welcoming. Always good service and respectful. Not a great polish selection if you’re not doing Gel or S&S. They are seldom super busy it seems so that’s why we started going there.

The woman that did my manicure did an amazing job, that is the only reason they are getting any stars at all. She was fast and efficient and they came out perfect. My mom and I went to get pedicures as well and I genuinely had no idea a pedicure could be this bad. I could have done a significantly better job myself. When we sat in the chairs, my moms water was scaulding hot and mine was room temperature to the point where it was unpleasent. Like it wasn't warm at all. My nail tech barely scrubbed my feet at all, I had to redo it at home because there were still rough patches, she didn't even cut my nails, she only filed them. Then she painted them but forgot to put a base coat on so she had to take it off and redo it. She had to clean up polish from all over my toes. For my mom's pedicure

Giving 4 stars because my nail tech was kind and I’m not trying to lower their rating, but this is unacceptable. I paid $80 *+tip of course* for a mani pedi and she gave me 20%discount for being a new customer 💕. I schedule online and when I got there I kept being asked what I wanted. No problem, but odd considering I’d scheduled in advance. I work so much and take care of my mom so I rarely do anything for myself. I really needed this today but I am so saddened by this appointment. I drove 30 minutes simply because of the other good reviews. I give myself way better pedicures than this at home, so when I go to get them done I expect them to look professional. Now I have to fix this myself. Maybe it was just an off day, but I sure paid the price. 3/10.
