This is my 3rd time seeing Kathleen for Dysport injections, and my 1st time at her new Southborough location (which was so easy to get to!). As someone who had always shopped around for injectors in the past, I have loved having Kathleen now consistently. I went in for a consultation but cancelled the treatment I had scheduled for the following week because I learned you should not go in the sun right after the treatment she wanted to do to me. I had explained to her that I was going away so no idea why she suggested that treatment as an option for me. Anyway, after cancelling the appt she still charged me $2,200!!! I had zero treatments done by her. I called many times land she refused to take my calls. This place is desperate for business. I suggest you go elsewhere.
