Allure Head Spa Sacramento

I don’t know where to begin. This was a birthday gift to myself and it was a disaster. The entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized and disappointing. I was taken late, was told I was a liability if I sat in one of her waiting room chairs, the tooth gem fell off after 4 days and the head spa experience was a glorified version of someone playing with your hair. I left with greasy and wet hair. There were many more concerns and issues with the establishment and the quality of the services, but I’ll spare them. When coming to the owner with my concerns, I was met with threats, hostility and rudeness. Do not make a mistake like I did, spend your money elsewhere - anywhere else! Edited to add response.
