I LOVED IT SO SO MUCH. The girl that did my scalp massage I didn't get her name! But she had reddish orange hair i think.. BUT IT WAS SOOO GOOD. Her hands her literally magic, she told me everything she was gonna do before she did it. Again it was so so good and i totally recommend so so much!!!

My first time for scalp therapy was with Nini and her work was amazing! I went again with another girl because I loved the first service and it was a big no...I believe she's the injector and I assumed licensed esthetician because she was doing the scalp service that includes the facial... I go in and we started with the service she was very nice but I only got from the facial portion the cleansing, exfoliation, and a sheet mask... and with my first experience it was the full 9 yards... double cleansing exfoliation, extractions, massage, mask. When she was removing the residue from the sheet mask with a hot towel I proceeded to get burnt... I am so upset and my face is so tender as if I got a sunburnt.She proceed with the Scalp portion which is shampoo, conditioning and hair mask. It felt

Scalp therapy was amazing! Really enjoyed it and felt super relaxed. They did an awesome job will definitely come back with my momma. I 100% recommend!!

Serina is soooo patient. Today was my first co2 experience and while the pain was excruciating. Serina, made me feel so comfortable to let her know when I needed to take a break. She doesn’t cut corners, and does the job right so I can have the best results. I’m excited to post about them! Thank you, Serina and team for being so patient with me.

When I came in, I wasn't warmly greeted nor acknowledged. Little communication was made during my entire experience. It took a while to get serviced. I'm a first time customer and gotten the most expensive facial. I was expecting a luxurious experience. My esthetician did not explain what she was doing to my skin in between treatments. I wanted to write a review because I'm a little bummed out I didn't get the service I expected after a long shift.... :( On a positive note, my esthetician gave me great aftercare and advice for my skin. I really appreciate the calming space she provided for me. I just expected a little more.
