The customer service, care, atmosphere is very pampering. Especially for when you just want to feel the warmth of beauty been given in such a genuine way. Vitalizing... Thanks to Mrs. Jackie and her husband for just a beautiful blessed environment for all to get beautified.

I have tried to give them many chances, but it's always the same result. They do good work, but every time I've booked an appointment, not once has it been honored. They always start me 30-45 minutes late. No one wants to waste time and give away an entire afternoon for something that should not consume 5 hours. Be considerate of your time and find someone/somewhere else. If you have time to throw away then this is the right place for you.

Jacqueline is very professional. She listens to what you want. She styled and repaired my daughter's hair , and some of her locks were breaking off. She was able to repair them.

I love it, she does my hair and my daughter's. She is not too expensive very professional at all times. This is my 5th time getting my hair done, I have found a permanent spot. Thanks Jackie.

Took my son here to get a wash and retwist. I arrived on time for my appt and after sitting in the front for about 20mins I peeped my head around the corner for someone to acknowledge me. Little did I know there was 1 worker and 4 clients back there. After about 45mins my son was called to the back. It took 4 1/2 hours for my son to get a wash and a retwist smh my whole Saturday goooone. Julian was very pleasant and kind but 1 person working alone on a Saturday is bizarre. She did an smazing job but driving 30min to have to sit and wait I dont think I will go back. I don't understand what is the point of taking appointments and not being able to be seen at your appt time ??
