LIFE CHANGING!!! I was in town on vacation, drawn to look up massage Into the light healing came up & I trusted knowing it’s what I need. Meeting Allie I knew immediately I was in good company & that she is a beautiful soul. She embraced parts of me that were in need of love, compassion & to be witnessed like no one has ever done before. Her practice releasing lifetimes of shame & guilt that wasn't even mine. I cried tears of gratitude & joy. Words do not offer justice as to the magnitude of her practice!!! Afterwards I can now touch my toes, for the first time ever. My hips are free. My entire lower body I now know was completely disconnected from my upper body & is now one!!! Eternally grateful I was led to Into the Light Healing!

I first was introduced to Allie at a "self-treatment" workshop, which she offers to share tools for tuning in and treating tension and tightness in our bodies. Through gentle focused touch and the use of tools (yellow balls! foam rollers!) and time, out bodies soften and unwind. I have been receiving treatment and have attended more workshops over several years. I have incorporated treatments as a somatic balance keep me mentally sharp and present, and to keep my body aligned.

On my last mini vacation to Shelter Cove I had an amazing session with Allie. She is not only an incredibly skilled practitioner but also such a lovely person. Her studio and practice is a gem of a find! I will be scheduling again, thank you Allie!
