My older sister had to cancel a couple of times for recent hair appointments she had made with Becky due to being sick with Covid. Each time she notified the Salon that she needed to cancel and reschedule well in advance since she was still sick. Becky had the arrogant nerve to tell my sick sister that the next time in order to make an appointment with her she would have to pay in advance. Haha, I told my sister do you know how many other stylists and salons you could go to instead? Would Becky rather get Covid? My sister will not be back. Her feelings were really hurt. Don’t you get walk-ins or other clients that wanted the spot instead? There was plenty of notice to do so, and if not, that’s somewhat normal for that line of work. Savannah (@savannahroseartistry on IG) did an amazing job on my hair! She took her time and checked in with me throughout the service to make sure I was happy. Definitely recommend her!

My first visit to Alli Roberts Salon & Spa was absolutely fantastic! I was referred by a friend to see Savannah for all my hair needs. As someone who had only ever gone to one hair stylist her whole life, I was so nervous to have someone new color and style my hair. Savannah was so friendly and made me feel completely confident throughout the whole experience. Savannah got my hair to the perfect shade of blonde that I want for my wedding. I will definitely be back to see her, and I certainly recommend Savannah! Also, in addition to Savannah being amazing, the salon is super cute! Tried to make an appointment recently and the experience was so unprofessional. I was told by two different stylists that they didn't have the skill to do a basic layered haircut, the 2nd one said she'd ask others if they had the ability and time and let me know. Never heard back. I'm glad they admitted they couldn't do the cut, but this is not a difficult cut, and what salon worth its salt doesn't have a single stylist that can do a basic layered cut. Also to just ignore a possible client because you're group chat is too chaotic. While the stylists were sweet, the lack of skill and professionalism told me everything I needed to know about this place.

I have never had such a bad experience in my life like i had here at alli roberts Salon. (see pictures) the first picture is what i requested i was told by the stylist (who i will not name) would be about $110 to do and i was a previous client and she was aware of my hair color. she does my hair the first day and it ends up looking nothing like the picture and the hair didn't lighten as she wanted as seen in picture two (still not like in the picture) so she has me come back the next day for round two and she lightens it more and during this time she and he assistant are telling me how much it looks like the picture and i am like not really. so we get done and my shirt is ruined from the bleach running down my back so i had to throw out my shirt and then when i go to pay she says it will
