Customer service on the phone is horrible. Asked for price and if they do walks in and the guy on the phone hung up.

Had to go home and try to tailor my hair myself after like 5 rounds of edits in the shop. Showed like 5 pictures ahead of time to show what I wanted and it came out very differently. Would be 1 star but the main guy has skills just doesn’t really seem to care how about the end outcome. Also a nice guy. Don’t really write reviews on Google but felt an obligation to future potential customers.

Not sure what the name is of the barber who was working tonight, Sun 3/31, at ~5:30pm. I arrived at that time, the barber said there were two people ahead of me, and it would be about a 1hr wait. I said that was fine and that I would return at 6:30pm. I confirmed the time I would return with the barber, confirmed that I would have my spot in line, left, and when I returned at 6:30pm, the same barber said there were now two other folks ahead of me and it would be another hour. No apology, no acknowledgment that this was counter to his word an hour earlier. Losing a customer due to basic customer service.

Best cut I've ever had in SoCal! Great conversation and fair pricing for the amount of quality and experience they carry. I'll be returning and recommending everyone i know out here!

I like that it was open a little later than other barbershops. However, it smelled like ganja, and haircut took over an hour, and for that time a better fade would be expected. Nonetheless the price was reasonable.
