Rebecca lied and sold me fake hair and I want my money back!!! Rebecca sold me a pack of curly braiding hair that she claimed was100% human hair and it was NOT and my braids looks mess because of her scamming me. I will be reporting this business to the BBB. Don’t lie and steal from people it not honest. I will never support this business again! Why lie and do people like that? It’s very dishonest and it’s stealing from people. I am very upset because my boho braids look nappy bc the synthetic hair is tangled and knotted up! Human hair doe NOT do this. I paid $200 to have my hair braided only to have to take it out bc of the synthetic hair looking so bad! I normally do my own hair but this is one hairstyle I cannot do on my own. It was exactly how I wanted. She nailed it! I was a walk-in (called first) and did have to wait but it was worth it. I will definitely come back.

I've been going here for over 15 years. I normally have a great experience (hence 15 years of loyalty). Last year I started taking my granddaughter which she didn't want to do until I told her I'd go somewhere else. The first time she did her hair it was nice. The second time the hair unraveled and didn't last a month. Becky's response "Kids shouldn't get Senegalese because they don't know how to take care of it. Well why didn't you say that before doing it? I got my hair done November 7th (or somewhere around there) and by the end of the month my hair unraveled and had to be taken down. These women understood the assignment with my Boho knotless braids. I just happened to find them online and decided to book the same day because of the reviews. It only took them 2 hours and 35 minutes! The braids are gorgeous and do not hurt at all. I will be back. Thank you Becky and Zena!
