I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the owner. I later learned the owner was speaking negatively about me to other clients, which is completely inappropriate and untrustworthy behavior. A salon should be a place where clients feel respected, not talked about behind their backs. I won’t be returning and would caution others who value privacy and professionalism.

as shown in the first photo is what i wanted and the following photo is what was done. my finger was cut in the process. i was offered a discount which is appreciated but all i was looking for was to get my nails done as asked. i was very disappointed.
