Twice I've made appointments and still had to wait 30 mins to an hour. Today is my last time. Had an appointment and tech went to back and between 20 to 30 minutes waiting and she never came out. Got up and left and won't be back. Customers dont seem to be important to them.

I had my nails done (dip on my real nails) and a pedicure here on 2/14/23. The pedicure was fine even though the polish was a little messy in some areas but the lady was super nice. As you can see from the pics though, she made my finger bleed (looked worse yesterday) from leaving the grinder there way too long, so it burned the rest of the session. The cuticle areas are jagged and not clean so when I run my fingers through my hair, it catches on almost all my fingers. They also didn’t cover all of my mail on several of them as you can see in the pic also. When I got to Majestic in fort Myers, my nails aren’t as thick and my cuticles look way better….and they don’t make me bleed. I thought I’d try a local place but don’t think I’ll go back 😢

they do a good job. my nails last for the whole month until my next visit. if i accidentally hurt my finger, they pop off painlessly - im pretty clumsy & smash my fingers often. the younger workers do pedicures perfectly but the acrylic on my hands are sometimes too thick- it’s never been a problem for me personally & its always fixed on my next visit so i don’t mind. everyone is very nice always asking if im okay during. if i get multiple colors it will go to 100-120$ range.

So, I usually have an awesome experience to share about this place. Can't lie.. the nail techs were friendly but the job was horrible. I spent 200 after tipping and me and my cousin got two full sets and two pedicures. It has been literally one week and both sets of our nails have started lifting from the back. Also, one nail popped off when I was literally scratching my back. My hair is already getting caught in the back part where it's lifting, which is super irritating!!! It's either the glue or they aren't filing down and strengthening the back part of the na near the cuticle. No way both of our sets are doing the same thing. I'm an adult and she's a teenager. I don't even work or wash dishes so there's no excuse. I have had nails that took soaking 3 weeks later just to remove. Mine di
