My mother went. (I am a stylist of 6 years) She received highlights that were not done properly at all. There are chunks missing, and as I said, I am a hair dresser, so I know it wasn't done correctly. I don't normally do this, and I feel awful leaving this review. She had sent me pictures during the process, and they were falling out. They aren't an even color. I'm not sure if your stylist was having a bad day, over booked, or just unsure. I think it's good to know so you can correct this problem. My mother also told me the process she used which leads me to believe this stylist was just unsure.

Great service! Kai was excellent, she performed a pedicure and haircut and was amazing! She took her time to make sure all of my standards were met ! We share our beauty secrets& she is definitely my go-to!!!!

My wife was there to hair cut and coloring, my wife showed her how long wants to keep it but she cut her hair almost 7 Inc, like r u serious?? And about hair coloring was not even close that she wannet to..how reddiculous ..she doesn't know what she doing I guess Her name was "khasy" I don't know the spelling could be different.. So bad experience we got here

horrible experience. got a Groupon she never showed up I waited for an hour. called her 4 times. she never called back. never answered the phone.stay away from here

Always does my S/O's hair perfect! Great for people with "ethnic" hair.
