All County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Flushing

I made an appointment a month ahead of time for wisdom teeth extraction, original appointment being around 3:30pm. When I called them to confirm my appointment about two weeks before my surgery, they told me the office is closing early at 2 pm that day so I have to reschedule. I would have no idea if I hadn’t called to confirm. I agreed to an appointment for 1pm instead of 3:45 since they were closing at 2. During this call they told me they still didn’t hear back from my insurance for general anesthesia approval and told me they usually only do general anesthesia for morning appointments but will try to see if they can do afternoon. I called my insurance to check up regarding anesthesia approval and they said they never got a request. This dentist office did not call me back until the day

I recently and continued to have the pleasure of being treated by Dr Amanda Andre and her amazing team, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, compassion, and understanding. The entire staff is truly exceptional. They're professional, caring, and made me feel like I was part of the family. What really stood out to me was the judgement-free zone they create. I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout my entire experience. Dr. Andre is not only an incredibly skilled oral surgeon, but also a genuinely caring and empathetic person. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of any form of oral surgery. Five stars isn't enough ,they're truly amazing!

I had an amazing experience with this oral surgery office. It was my first time going under IV sedation and I took out all four of my wisdom teeth but Dr. Chen made the experience amazing and comforting. I'm a week post op and feeling amazing!!

Had to have a molar removed due to fracture and root deterioration which caused pain and discomfort. My dentist determined that the tooth had to go. He recommended All County ("They're good and they accept your insurance"). They were able to see me the day after I called. As soon as I walked in I was immediately impressed by the neatness and organization of the office and friendly reception and x-ray technician. Extraction was done by Dr. Brendan Gallagher. Great guy! --- friendly, makes you feel comfortable, asks pertinent questions, carefully applied the local anesthetic to numb the area, described the extraction procedure, went at it skillfully and -- Voila -- the tooth was cleanly removed in less than a minute with minimal discomfort. The best! Staff were super accommodating about a last minute schedule change. Dr. Chen did a fantastic job on my upper wisdom teeth extraction, and bottom coronectomies. I was able to eat soft foods the same day and feel back to normal day 2 with super minimal swelling. Would not have expected a better experience.
