i pride myself in being someone who is always understanding and courteous towards service providers but there comes to a point where a service provided is so beyond awful that it simply cannot be left tolerated without recourse. I recently went to get my acrylic nails removed as a walk in. When i sat down i informed the lady that i have sensitive and dry skin + eczema on my right hand. The lady acknowledged my skin condition and accepted me as a client. She began the removal process by soaking and buffing my nails with a drill and then acetone. The aceton quickly began to burn my skin and it hurt really badly as she was repeatedly reapplying the acetone in the cotton+ foil as she buffed out my nails. I requested for her to use another removal method on my right hand so that I wouldn't need

I had such a lovely experience getting a full set of acrylic nails at All Bright Nails & Spa. I love how my nails turned out! The woman did such lovely and careful job on my nails. I appreciate when I had a question or concern about a nail, she went back and redid it making sure I was happy. She is very good at executing how you want the outcome to be and Is open to feedback. I also appreciate how the business is flexible and welcomes walk-ins however you, as the customer, have to be flexible with open availability. Thank you so so much again for your service! I will most definitely be back again :)

I love coming here! All the women that work here are incredibly kind and work hard at all the wonderful services they perform. I come here frequently for pedicures, acrylic manicures, and waxing. If you call ahead they will let you know when to come in with no wait. They also take walk ins but get busy in the evenings and weekends like any other nail salon. The waxing is painless and my nails always look great, lasting long between appointments. They recently did some updates and the salon looks bigger and brighter than it did before the holidays. I feel safe here with covid protocols and everyone wears masks. The owner is here everyday and puts so much energy and care into this salon, so please support female owned local businesses!

The middle-aged lady (owner?) did my nails and it’s the worst manicure I’ve ever received in the 10 yrs that I’ve been getting them in Boston: goopy, irregular, sloppy, and all over the place. My 7yo could’ve done a tidier manicure with more finesse. Never ever again. Should’ve stuck to my regular nail salon in Boston or Waltham. And this was the quality after a 30% tip.

Iv been coming here every two weeks for a few months now and love the way my nails turn out. Absolutely one of my favorite nail salons. I would highly recommend coming here. Very relaxing pedicures and my acrylic nails always come out perfect. They always make sure to take there time and really care about their customers. All the woman are very very sweet. They offer a variety of services including lashes which is so wonderful and convenient. Very clean and great prices for the area. They always make time for you as well even if she has to stay a bit after they close. 10/10!
