This place is absolutely amazing! The vibe is great and everyone is super friendly and energetic. I drive 5 hours to get my hair done by Loreal. Since the minute I met her, I knew she would take care of me. By the time I leave, she makes me feel like I could take on the world! She’s positive and uplifting through the whole process and I have A LOT of hair, so it takes time. I would recommend her and this Salon to anyone. Thank you Loreal for being the best!!

Nails: Not a good experience. My mani pedi looks like it was done by a 4th grade student. I paid good money plus tip and the cuticles weren’t trimmed, the polish was thick, blotchy and dried after 2 hours. The dry time was over an hour and 30 minutes with chip markings on my nail. She used a small old nail file and that’s it. My pedicure was a similar experience. Please if u charge 75 for a mani pedi use an experienced manicurist and fresh polish. Hair: My color, cut and blow dry ok but not great…B- or C in my book. Everyone wears shorts. Shorts are unprofessional in this type of setting. OMG Yes, it’s summer but I’m not in a playground. I’m in a spa where I expect professional attire along with educated, talented professional treatment. I will spend my money elsewhere.

First time getting a Brazilian wax. Jackie was so professional and I was so comfortable. Ladies there's no need to go to Asheville where I thought I was going to have to go. This place is the bomb.🔥
