All About You

I went in wanting silver and I walked out very un pleased. The selfie is my hair before going in, see I had pretty blonde hair. The google picture is what I wanted and the other two is what I left with. When I said something the first time about not liking it she told me she can try to fix it but it won’t be exactly what I wanted. So, she took a darker (almost black color and added it to my roots. Told me she was going to comb it down. So I tried to trust her. She basically added it to my roots and let me walk out because she didn’t even wash all to dye out. I will go back eventually because they have other people there and they offer other services but I will never get my hair colored here again.

I had called months in advance to schedule an appointment for acrylics and gel polish for my toes for my wedding. I also let them know at advance. How many people are coming for my wedding party, and that some of them also wanted acrylics. When I came in the manager told me that they didn’t have time to do any of my services that I wanted and then try to find some other place to go to but really what should’ve happened was they should have provided the services they said they were going to months before. The worst part was that she complain to one of my bridesmaids that literally nobody got Christopher likes anymore. I don’t think it’s very smart to complain to one of the Brides bridesmaids. If you’re going to be bad, mouthing her request myself my family and my friends are now boycotting

I have been seeing one lady there and she has cut and permed my hair. The perm was good but the hair cut was long in places and to short in other places. She tried to fix it but each time it got worse. The last time i went in, she was sick and blowing her hose. She said she wasn't contagious. I didn't think to much about it. About 4-5 days later I got very sick, and had to go to the hospital. They tested me for flu and covid. The test came back that I had covid. I had not been anywhere out of my house. The weather had been bad , Ice and snow, and very cold. I had mentioned that the girl gave me covid. I saw another woman, for a hair cut, and I think she was mad that I had complained about the first woman giving me covid, so she chopped my hair up really bad. I will not be back to this sal

Great job.. worked me into the schedule on very short notice. I was a hot mess going in..and I walked out looking fab.
