Justine is very knowledgeable, great personality, outstanding massage therapist. I was suffering with forearm pain from hitting on mats during my golf practice. Justine golfs, totally understand the mechanics. She recommended stretching, and strengthening exercises. Even K-taped my forearm. I'm def adding her skill set to my wellness toolbox. I suggest you give her a try if your looking for optimal wellness.

I had a surgery and needed some help getting my muscles to release from extreme tightness. She was recommended by my Physical therapist and I it was a very pleasant experience. There is plenty of parking space at the doctors office that she shares. Justine is lovely lady who really knows what she is doing and has 20+ years of experience.
