Jovani has been my stylist since 2023. I’ve always had a positive experience when getting serviced and her shop always gives me good vibes. The other stylist’s are also super kind and the overall environment feels very welcoming! I’d strongly recommend!
Before my son’s appointment I asked his much would his locs be. I was informed she didn’t know, she needed to look at his hair (consultation). I informed her a strand of my son’s self-locs were thinning. He did not have parts, however, his hair isn’t shoulder length yet. I also informed her, I was looking for a loctician. I am convinced, she is not. She informed me, my son’s hair did not look bad at all (it was normal). His locs were uneven. Less than 6 days later, his loc were unravelling. Less than a month later, my son’s hair continues to unravel. She did offer to fix it, with another stylist tho. Now, I grasp everyone has there own prices, but I would have NEVER booked an appointment for the length of his hair and for his hair to look the way it did on the first day for $250. Absolutel
I went in for a consultation and to get my hair cut… I would suggest never going for a cut. It was cut uneven until I said something. I wanted to keep two of my dreads, but she cut through one of them and didn’t even tell me or try to fix it but tucked the cut off parts, so I didn’t see it while I was there. I called after I realized and was told “oh we can fix that” but I just feel it should have been mentioned and fixed before I left the shop. And although I liked to shape of the cut, the quality of the cut was bad. The cut is still uneven, she cut my hair without separating and clipping down, so she cut hair that wasn’t meant to be cut, and now that it’s growing out, it’s all patchy. It was because of this, I couldn’t decide if I wanted to get my Locs started at this location, even thou
I love it every time I come here. Rana is very friendly and she seems to really care about my locs. She doesn’t use a bunch of product in my hair and I feel welcomed every time. The shop is nice and the atmosphere is great. I won’t go nowhere else in Atlanta to get my hair done.
I've been coming here for 6 months and do not want to go anywhere else! The ladies/staff are so friendly and helpful with any hair related questions you have. The atmosphere and environment is so relaxing. S/O Zoey! 😁
